"Industrial Bank is a 7-location bank which was established in 1934. We contracted with MVP to assist us with our online listings, which had become inconsistent over time. They worked with us to verify the information we wanted to be conveyed, and then they updated our online contact information with over 550 listings. Additionally, they continue to update our listings with promotional messaging and/or COVID information for us as needed, which pushes out to all 550+ listings.

In addition to improving our online listings, MVP has been our Online Reputation Management partner. They consistently monitor our Google and Yelp reviews and respond to our customers who have left reviews. This monitoring allows us to monitor our reviews and memorialize this online reputation monitoring for our audits. For our main brand, TOUCH BBCA, we got a much better price from MVP for our hoodies, embroidered bucket hats, tank tops, long-sleeved T-shirts, coffee mugs, and water bottles than our former vendor.
